Upgrade the look of your backyard with these Nantucket Pavers Yorkstone Tan Variegated Concrete Pavers. These pavers have the look of a natural stone and are a fraction of the price. They are 12 in. x 24 in. Rectangular shaped. They are easy to install yourself for a walkway, patio, pool deck, and more. The design options are endless, create a random seam design, basketweave design, herringbone design, or modern design.

Can i use these as retaing wall caps for my concrete wall?
Are spacers needed between the pavers?
No spacers needed... the edges of the blocks are slightly tapered so the bottom of the block will touch at the bottom and will leave a natural gap at the top of the block to sweep in polymeric sand..
What is the PSI per piece. Once set, can they handle a 3 rise granite step set with a 4x3 ft landing?

What product do you recommend to seal these pavers?
We recommend a water based concrete sealer. Home Depot or Lowes usually has them readily available. Be sure to look at the finish on the sealer container as they are available in natural/flat finish and glossy finish. The Glossy Finish will change the color of your blocks, make them darker and shiny like they are wet all the time. The Natural/Flat finish should not change the color of your blocks. We always recommend applying sealer to a spare/extra block or the corner of a block prior to applying to the entire patio. Once you apply it to a spare/block let it dry and be sure that you like the look prior to applying it to the entire patio. The sealer can not be removed after it has been applied. Always follow the manufacturer instructions on the container.

Can these be placed on top of an existing concrete patio that is structurally sound with rebar? How much weight can these pavers hold since we will be putting a 7000lb hot tub right on top.
You can place these on top of a level solid concrete slab if there is no more movement or gaps/cracks using concrete adhesive or mortar. We have had customers install these blocks underneath hot tubs previously. We always state that it is at your own risk because there is always a risk that some blocks may crack with the weight of hot tub and water.

The rubber base panels will void the warranty to our product line. The rubber base panels have holes but still continue hold/retain water in between the panel and the paver. This water will be absorbed by any concrete paver (as concrete is porous) and which could cause issues with the paver in the future - the recommended installation method of 3/8" crushed stone and a layer of sand on top of that to lay our pavers in is the most efficient way of allowing any water to drain properly through the paver, into the sand, stone and ground below. This will allow the paver to be dry and not sit in a puddle of water.
