This cleaner works well. I mixed 20% cleaner and 80% water sprayed it on the pet stains, let it set for a half hour or so then hit it with the carpet cleaner.

this stuff works better than anything I use to date....
this stuff works better than anything I use to date. I used it on hardwood flooring and plywood flooring. had some pet stains . the stains weren't so bad but the odor was very bad, I used bleach the odor was still present , I used vinegar with water it helped a bit but the odor was still present. I the tried this stuff almost immediately it began to smell better. I followed the instructions and applied this stuff checked a week later and the odor was weaker , the flooring looked cleaner and the stains weren't as visible . I will need to make another treatment . but this stuff is working.
