Nice artificial leaves and stems, but the natural multi-trunks were a disaster
The leafy part looked good, a little fluffing and I believe that part would have been fine. But the multi-trunks lwere flimsy and ramshackle. They were a collection of too-short sticks pieced together with some kind of ....mud? putty? glue? ... roughly troweled all over the surfaces and jammed into the gaps - a big ugly clump, with no leaves to cover it (see photo). It looked like they tried to create one more unit out of the floor sweepings. Or perhaps it was assembled by a disgruntled worker and it somehow slipped past whatever "Quality Control" might exist. We returned it to the store immediately, and thanks, HD, for the no-hassle refund. Sorry, no, I'm not interested in re-ordering.
HD, please don't dispose of this on American soil, give it back to China and let them deal with their mess.

It is so true it looks so real, and made our new office feel very homey! We have only had it for a few weeks now but everyone keeps asking how we keep our tree looking so nice! Shh our secret!
This was a great purchase from Home Depot it meets all of our expectations.

I had been looking for several months for a tree to brighten up my home, but nothing really looked natural. This ficus tree is full and the trunk looks natural. I love the feel it gives my hallway.
