A:  Hello Vicki, Thank you for contacting us. It is hard wired and works in conjunction with and is controlled by the LED light with power adapter unit. Includes- 1 LED Light, 1 Connector wire, 2 Plastic clips and 1 Double sided tape, and it has 4000K LED lighting for a cool and bright daytime feel. The adapter kit is used to connect to the electrical outlet. For more information, please refer to the NewAge Products manual guide. Thank you.

    A:  Thank you for your inquiry. A maximum of four lights can be hooked up on one chain, including the LED Light with power adapter. For example, for installing 4 LED lights in one chain, you will need to use 3 X LED Light with Connector Cable and 1 X LED Light with Power Adapter.         Great light; terrible attachment method
        Bought these lights to go under my NewAge metal cabinets. I would LOVE to give these a 5 star review as the lights themselves are terrific. Great light output, sleek design. Unfortunately, the method of affixing them is very weak double sided tape that does not hold at all! Within 1 day of installation (after carefully following all the directions precisely) the lights started falling down. Magnetic strips would be SO MUCH BETTER.
