This model has a 6' cord.
It is 220 volts. It will heat a 24x24 garage with an upstairs room as warm as you want. When I was putting up drywall in my insulated garage, I had the temperature around 70 degrees. When I got my electric bill, it was 2.5 times greater than my normal bill. So I keep temp @ 45ish.

Yes it takes a 220 Volt, 30 amp NEMA 6-30R receptical. Google that and you can see the configuration. I had mine ready when the heater arrived, plugged it in and went to work.

Yes you need 30 amp Breakers and I didn't see anywhere when I ordered mine saying that it was a 220 plug or 240 plug instead of a 110 or 120 however you want to say it so we had to have that installed and then the breakers also
