Fantastic support - great look and chilled wine
Great looking and working fridge, Have it for over a year We get lots of compliments from guests. When we had questions/issues, support responded via email within hours and solved questions/issues.

Great Wine Fridge!
We've been looking at different wine fridges and after a lot of research, decided on the NewAir brand. So glad we made the right choice! This one fits a lot of bottles and keeps them at the perfect temperature! It also looks really good and set up was super easy! I'm recommending this to my friends who are also looking for a wine fridge, they won't be disappointed with this one! NewAir is a brand I can stand behind as this is not our first product from them. All their products are great quality!

Love it.
Looks great. I can see the temperature on the outside so I can tell that the temperature only varies by 2 degrees all day long. Compressor does not seem to run nearly as long as the old wine cooler that died after 15 years. I am not a wine connoisseur but my husband and I do make some red & rose wines that I consider to be excellent . Like any decent wine, it just doesn't taste right if it's not the correct temperature. This one keeps the wine at just the right temperature and the cooler was reasonably priced.

NOISY
This cooler was delivered as scheduled a few days ago. This unit is a replacement for a similarly sized, twenty year old Avanti wine cooler that recently died. After putting it in place, I read the manual and set it up in my dinning room
The first thing noticeable after plugging it in is the motor noise. It can be heard pumping away from across the room and is too loud to be in the dinning room. In fact, it is louder than my old GE Refrigerator in the kitchen.
Second, the shelves are not adjustable and are not wide enough to hold most 750 ml. wine bottles. Some bottles are fatter than others, but even the narrow bottles are squeezed tightly on the shelves.
Third, and picking hairs. There is no dimmer on the thermostat's display. When the light are out it makes an illuminating nightlight.
No, I would not purchase this cooler again.
No, I would not recommend this cooler to anyone who wishes to cool 33 wine bottles in the same refrigerator.

The dimensions were not accurate. This had to be...
The dimensions were not accurate. This had to be returned due to the incorrect dimensions listed not only on the website but on the box which listed the same. It was off by almost 5 inches wide. BIG difference.

Great wine fridge for the price
I have had this wine fridge for about 4 years now. The only issue I had was the fan started making a little noise. Contacted New Air and got a replacement for it. Works very well.
