We did this over a weekebd, and it has become a conversatuon piece now. We used Spanish Walnut Hawaian Charcoal combination. Once we laid down the squares like Lego blocks, we knew the pieces we needed to finish the edges. We used a few different ones to make it full.

The Product was very easy to assemble and made our deck look like new. It is truly an amazing product and I have already recommended it to family and friends.

HIgh quality. A little more "plasticy" than I hoped. If you're picky, get a sample first. Easy to assemble. You can cut the tiles perpendicular to the lay of the boards, but if you cut parallel to the boards, you may find yourself with a loose partial board that you have to do some filling and gluing to get it to stay on the tile. Otherwise, no problems. Happy with my purchase and with the service from Home Depot.

Several years ago, I hired a local company to enlarge my patio. They did a terrible job and left a mess. I decided to get an estimate on a deck and was astonished to get a quote of $7900. I told you all that to tell you this: I checked online and came up with these deck tiles. I bought one box just to check them out, see how they fit together, how they looked. I immediately ordered ten more boxes. Let me make one thing clear: these tiles do not create anything that would compete with a true wooded or composite deck. However, they do a great job for thousands of dollars less. They snap together easily and can be cut to fit easily when necessary. There is no prep work needed other than cleaning whatever surface they will cover. The structure under each tile is made in such a way as to allow water to flows through freely. Cleaning is a breeze. A simple hosing will do the trick. The tiles are sturdy. I weigh in at 255 and they hold up without incident. There is a variety of wood colors from which to choose. I have laid mine out in a parkay pattern and the way the sun hits the tiles in their contrasting positions gives the impression of two shades of wood which looks great. The ease with which these are installed, the resulting appearance, and the cost make this a viable alternative to a wooden deck.

Very nice product ,well crafted, and easy to install. . Measurements given have a typo for the width. The strips are 1 in X 1 ft, not 1/6 or 2 inches.
