The sweedish red decking is beautiful. I used the hidden fastener system and it was fantastic to work with. My deck is amazing and one of a kind in the area.

I ordered this product in 'Roman Antique' after much review, deciding I liked the manufacturing information for quality, 4-sided composite material, etc. I also liked the color options for my decking/stair project and ordered the Magellan, Columbus and Fascia items in ONE complete order along with the necessary hardware for my entire project. The boards are listed as 5 1/2" wide, which I verified with the display in my local store of the exact item prior to ordering. Over the course of nearly 3 weeks, my order finally arrived at my local store for pick-up - several different dates and individual PO's, as opposed to everything arriving together in one order - not the best of situations, but as long as you know this ahead and have patience... Once my entire order was in, I was disappointed to find that none of my boards measured the expected 5 1/2" width. In fact they were even inconsistent in width. At best, I could only calculate an average of 5 7/16" width - some were only 5 3/8". The other disappointment is that the color was inconsistent between both Magellan and Columbus boards as well as the fascia - all supposed to be designed to match. Note the photos attached - as long as you're aware of these types of issues and are prepared to calculate your project accordingly, it is a nice product.

This ‘wood’ is HEAVY and expensive, so you won’t want to make any mistakes in using it. Get a new saw blade before cutting and DON’T cut corners and not predrill! If you’re using it for stakes, pound with rubber mallet, not a hammer. Too early in my usage to discuss color fade.

I needed ONE solid "board" of relatively inert material which would last much longer than pressure treated wood and from which I could fashion a threshold. I wanted a style of material that had no linear grooves on one face. I was able to use my table saw to rip this board down to the needed width and rip off the grooves on each edge. I was able to rip a 45 degree angle on one edge to make a more "foot friendly" leading edge for my threshold. The color of the surface and throughout the interior matched closely the concrete color that I needed. It cut quite well using my standard carbide toothed table saw blade. It drilled and countersunk very well in order to secure it with concrete anchors. All in all I could not have found a better product to meet my needs. I am confident that it will function in this particular application better than any other material that I might have found.
