Burgers are a great way to practice and get used to both your grill surface and temperature settings. They cook very fast on med high to high heat. Even faster if you cover them with that lid accessory. The juices also fall and stay under the burger instead of falling through grates like in other grills, so that also helps the burger cook fast but keep its flavor better. The only thing missing on the burger is the gill marks that come from the grates! I found that basically your seasoning or toppings essentially fall right there on the grill surface, and when flipping the burgers with a spatula, you can use your spatula to also pick up some of those juices and or toppings and reapply to the burgers or add it to something else your cooking off to the side!
For the next grill for burner barbecue with a side burner and a two burner Next grill griddle with the Nexgrill griddle starter pack love it
The griddle is so versatile. Burgers are great, Have made Chinese, (fried rice, beef w/broccoli, chicken chow mein), Quesadilla's and Tacos, homemade pizza, steaks, french toast, Omelets, corned beef hash, and hash browns, and pancakes. Takes a bit of time to know your grill and where to cook for the expected heat, but once you're bonded, you won't want to cook on a regular grill again.
