A: Agreed. The scrubber is worthless, but the bristles are solid.
A: Same great brush. Scrubber disintegrated 1st use
A: Nothing has changed. My scubber was trash after one use.
A: Didn’t clean the grill too well. The bristles are spaced to far apart.
A: SOunds like an isolated incident. Take back to Home Depot and exchange, or credit your account
A: Hello Bob, i am sorry this has happened. I would like to get more insight on how the brush was used and at what temperatures. Please contact me directly at Roberto_Ulloa@grillservices.com
A: I have something very similar. Use the scraper to remove any food particles, bits, and then use the brush to clean it with. You may even want to turn it on beforehand if it is gas or electric to warm it up -it may make it easier. But any wire brush for grills , Triple Threat Grill Brush by Cuisnart for example on Homedepot.com or many others to choose from will work for you. I don't know that there is a best.
A: I really think this one works great!
A: I like it
A: No, coated non-stick metal
A: hello newbie, my name is Marianne on behalf of Nexgrill. the Combo grill brush outfitted with bristles and scouring pad will work perfectly on your grill. thank you and have a good day.
A: It is Home Depot!
A: Hello Paul, My name is Jaclyn on behalf of Nexgrill. As Home Depot is a retail partner of ours, we provide the same pricing through us as well as in the store. This way you get the same great pricing either way. I hope you have a Great Day and Happy Grilling!
A: I bought mine from Home Depot.
A: The Same...most times higher
A: Um, ... because it is home depot's? (Or is this some kind of trick question?)
A: That would have been useful information for the label. I melted mine.
A: No! I bought this brush yesterday and used it on my hot grill after grilling. The black scrubber side basically disintegrated on the grill while I was scrubbing. Now my grill is filled with black shredding that smells terrible. There were no instructions on how or how not to use this combo brush. I’m going back to Home Depot to ask for a replacement or a refund.
A: No it cannot.
A: No it can't I tried to use that on a hot grill and it fell apart
A: I have always cleaned the grill hot, its easier IMHO, and this piece of junk did melt. Waste of good $ and I will return it never to buy this brand again.
A: Sure, if you want to melt plastic on to your grill. This product should come with a warning. I’m returning mine after it’s first use.
A: Yes that's the best time to do it
A: They recommend that you wait until the grill cools down before cleaning it. I wouldn't do it. But that's just me
A: No, it is some kind of plastic and will melt and smell bad if used on a hot grill. Pretty useless. Also the metal bristles fall out and get on your grill and if you eat one you could need a trip to the emergency room. I'd recommend throwing it away and buying something safer and more useful.
