                A:  Yes you can. I love the set we bought, put hooks under my grill and hang them up after I clean them.

                A:  Yes you can. On the base of the tongs there is a triangular shaped piece that can be used to hang the tongs from the grill. This piece is the part that allows the tongs to remain closed and open. When pulled out the thongs are locked closed, push it in and tongs are open.
