This thermometer for grilling serves its purpose. It is accurate. Comes with two. After trying out a digital one at a friends house I wish I would of went the digital route. But again; it gets the job done.

they didnt work placed into the same part of the...
they didnt work placed into the same part of the roast they were different by 20 degrees, and the highest one was off by 5 degrees of true temp.
