A:  The rack is 11 3/8” x 10” x 3” high. The 4 slots are 1 1/2” wide and can’t handle thick rib slabs.

A:  the rack leight was not the problem it was the distance in between them. i got a smoke that i can put two and have a full rack on both.

A:  I cut full racks in half and cook them in the oven at 240 for 4 hours then chill them or freeze them till you need them then to the grill over low to medium heat and start building up the sauce you made or bought. Yes a full rack won’t fit on the racks unless cut in half but you can put three racks on them. All ways start with half a slab so you don’t waste any of your efforts

A:  No as the material is carbon once you get a scratch into it it’ll penetrate the material in the corrode

A:  I don't have a dishwasher however if it can take hours of smokin' in my grill I can't believe a dishwasher would damage it.

A:  Hello Smokin, my name is Marianne with Nexgrill. We don't recommend putting it in the dishwasher due to the high pressure and this can cause damage to the rack. We recommend hand washing the rack with warm water and soap. Hope you have a great day, Happy Grilling!

A:  No, the black color is not suppose to come off after washing.

A:  No, I do not believe any paint is supposed to come off. Continue to scrub until it is removed, the rack will still be a good value.

A:  Mine has not come off.

A:  No. Paint is flat black. Not all the paint came off of the entire rib rack.
