This product didn't meet my expectation. I was told about this product from another customer. The I was told that with the rib rack that you did not have to turn the meet it would cook on both side without turning, but that was no true. I should have bought one to try first, but instead I purchased two. My mistake. Thanks.

The rack is well made but not wide enough to hold a slab of ribs without the ends of the ribs flopping down. You’ll need two to defeat this. Guess the people who made this didn’t know the length of an average rack of ribs.
