A:  NextStone products are non-flammable and can withstand up to 450 degrees of direct heat. For anything open flame, a set back of at least 12 inches is recommended.

    Answer This Question

A:  Yes absolutely. The pipe would have to be built out (install a box around it) to 5.5" squared so the Post Covers fit snug.

        Answer This Question

A:  These are L shaped. It takes two pieces to cover one post. They do not fit a 6” x 6”. Only 5.5” x 5.5”.

        by|Sep 9, 2022

A:  Package is two L-shape panels.

          by|May 6, 2023

A:  Yes, in order to cover 4 sides, you would need 2 orders.

            by|May 6, 2023

A:  Order 1 set. Yes, they are 'L' shaped. Two sides together will form a square. I ordered 2 sets of 2 to cover my two posts outside my front door.

This panels not cover 6in x 6in post
I am very disappointed because it was written in the instructions that is covered 6in x 6in post but is NOT. 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 that is the real dimension. If you need to cover exactly 6in x 6in that panels is not for you

The directions clearly state these post covers fit “Nominal” sized posts.

“ Fit around NOMINAL 6 in x 6 in posts. (Inside dimensions of Post Cover: 5 ½” x 5 ½”) Smaller posts will require a build out or Slatestone Post Converter Kit- SOLD SEPARATELY”

If you are looking for posts that cover “True” 6x6 posts, you might consider the County Ledgestone version. A1 Siding Direct

we purchased 11 sections. Contractors were needed to grind inside of 2 piece columns to make fit around a 6x6 post. They are very nice looking but for the everyday DIY I would not suggest them, I thought i was able to do them myself but quickly seen i needed my contractor to apply them.

Will not fit a 6x4 column
I haven't installed these, because my porch columns are a little under 4x6. The item description says they will fit a 6x6, but they don't. About a 1/2" too small. I'll have to sand or shave down the pole before it will work. I think once I get that done they will be awesome. Just wished it didn't involve more work
