BROKEN
I ordered a total of 8 of these for my Air BNB. They have been out for 6 weeks and one has already broken - rusted?! Really!? So I'm assuming the others will all follow suit. This is within the 90 day warrantee, so who do I contact about a refund?

Both broke within a year
I bought these a year ago almost exactly. Last week, the first broke. The bar that holds the back "feet" up rusted out and the chair collapsed while I was sitting on it! Then, the same thing happened to the other today! Waste of money.

These are very comfortable chairs and they are very reasonably priced. They match the pavers on our lanai perfectly and are a great addition to our pool area. We are already contemplating purchasing two more and a small table. They come already assembled and individually wrapped so all you need to do is unpackage and place where you want them. It was our first time ordering online from Home Depot and it was really easy and great having the chairs delivered right to our front door

These are made with quality materials and excellent workmanship. Even the BIG box they arrived in was well made and thought out. There are wooden pieces attached to strategic areas in the box to protect the contents. The lounges come with heavy brown paper between the two and are wrapped in cloth (that makes a great cover to protect from falling leaves and debris when stacked), But as much as I seem excited by the packaging, I am more excited about these lounges! The curved shape just feels right even for my tall height and the back can be adjusted for whatever type of lounging you feel like doing.

The Salem grey wicker lounge chairs have been an excellent addition to our summer furniture setup. They come assembled which is a welcome relief and very well packaged (box is reinforced with wood for extra rigidity.)
They are comfortable, low maintenance and look great. The legs fold and you can store them flat on top of one another or up against a wall. They are quite heavy and durable. I'm a big dude and these things barely sweat holding me up which is nice. I would say are borderline if not true commercial quality like you would find at a hotel/resort.
They come with multiple recline heights for upright seating or flat for a nap or sunbathing, etc.
Very pleased and exceeded my expectations.

No tools required because this set of reclining chaise lounges arrive fully assembled. There are five positions selectable for the back including all the way down. The wicker gives slightly when seated and this contributes to the overall comfort. By my measurements, each recliner is 79 inches long and 29-7/8 inches wide. The double set of legs fold in for space saving storage. The grey color blends in with surroundings.
