You do have to put it together. Unfortunately, screwing in the bolts was not very easy. Very tight. And my husband had to use his drill. I believe this will hold them together well. The small stool is already together. You have to take off the metal feet to remove the plastic covering them. The large bench cushion was a little lumpy because of being folded in the box. The chair is definitely comfortable. Firm seating and comfortable back cushion. I believe it will hold up well. The cushion covers zip off. Does say to keep the cushions packed away when not in use. I would have given it five stars if the bolts and holes were better. As you can see from the pictures, I live where it is snowing. It will be awhile before we can use them the way we want.

We were so excited to receive this set but were disappointed... The cushions are thin and look cheap. After the lightest ten minute rain, one of cushions showed water stains. After one day! The furniture itself is extremely light. Not the quality we were hoping for and thought we were getting

This sectional comes in eleven different boxes! Because it’s still winter, we haven’t put it out...
This sectional comes in eleven different boxes! Because it’s still winter, we haven’t put it outside so we assembled it in the house. It fills one of our living areas! Each piece of the sectional is packaged with a small bag containing screws, washers, and allen wrenches. The directions are ok...the sketches are small and hard to read. This is best done with two people as you have to sort of balance sides in order to get the screws started correctly. Once we put together one chair...there are six...we were good to go. The assembly is rather time consuming, but not difficult. Each bag contained one extra screw and washer of each type. It’s nice to have extras! One problem I foresee is the cushions are not attached in any way to any piece. A good wind will definitely blow them off. This means those cushions...all 22 of them will need to be secured at night or when not in use. Overall, this is a nice setup.

I was amazed when I received the Santa Rosa Grey 11-Piece Wicker Outdoor Sectional Set with Silver Cushions probably because I wasn’t expecting 11 boxes. I was out when they arrived and they were covering a good section of my front porch. Fortunately the boxes are not very heavy.
Assembly was easy and straightforward. Everything you need is included in the box even the Allen wrenches.
The sectional is very attractive and can seat a bunch of people and there are ottomans to put your feet up on so now we are just waiting for good weather. My only worry is that the pieces are pretty light and with the crazy high wind storms we have here they may blow all over the yard, fortunately our yard is fenced to contain them. Probably will also need to watch the weather forecast closer too lol.

This outdoor sectional is beautiful. The wicker is a light gray and the cushions are an off white like color. They are made very well and easy to put all together. The best part about this sectional is that you can move around the different pieces in order to establish the perfect seating arrangement. You can make it one large piece or a few smaller pieces in order have everyone sit down. The wicker is made from high quality material that seems like it will last.

The SANTA ROSA GREY 11-PIECE WICKER OUTDOOR SECTIONAL SET WITH SILVER CUSHIONS comes in 11 different boxes. One box per piece. The directions are easy to follow and straightforward. The screws that attach the wicker parts together are easy to install and the legs are just as easy. All the hardware to build each piece, including the two sizes of allen wrenches, are included with each piece. The cushions for each piece are also in each box. The only thing is that it took me about five hours to put together all 11 pieces of this set. It seems to be a very sturdy wicker sectional.
