Freezer had couple issues

I received a defective item the wheels didn't turn right, door opening/closing is not smooth and the freezer is little wobbly. I called the customer service but they don't consider this a major appliance eventhough it's 3 grand and huge and they weren't a good help at all. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

Freezes just fine. Only concern is that the wheels don’t seem to be locked in place. They’re” locked “, yet the freezer still moves a bit, when opened.

If you had had one of these "monsters" on the floor, I most probably would NOT have purchased it. Not because it is a very good freezer but because of it's very large size! And, because of it's size, it doesn't fit just anywhere. Make sure you have at least two other people to unload it!
