Q:Could I use this on a garage floor

A:  These mats are great in front of a work bench as a cushion for your feet but these are not designed to be driven on. If you are thinking about a home gym or driving on then I would suggest using our PVC flooring which was made for either as well as driving on

      Q:Can I put a table and chairs on it, can it go around a hot tub, and is it waterproof? It's for inside my garage.

      A:  Joe thanks for the question. First of all our mats are not Waterproof and they are not designed for permanent outdoor use. Inside the garage may last longer but they will eventually breakdown and expand and shrink with with constant moisture. Yes you can put a table and chairs on it but remember they are foam and these items may indent or damage the mats and that will not be covered under any warranty.

          Great for New Home Gym, But With Some Caveats
          Overall quite satisfied with the look for the price. Be careful when ordering, buy extra. You'll go through more than expected to do the edge/border pieces. Also, some pieces the pattern was NOT straight and you have to put them in less obvious places or discard. It does indent easily - beware if you put weight on a few pressure points (ie if you need to stand on a chair). Put something down under the legs. It kinda pops back, but not 100%. Be prepared to air out in a garage or something first.

            EASY AND A LOW COST SOLUTION
            These mats came in a easy to connect puzzle like assembly which is great and a time saver. I would say they clean up so so if it’s Sheetrock dust but other dirt on the mats clean up with a breeze. If you put heavy furniture on it be aware that it will leave an imprint, so it’s good if you are going to put something on there and leave it in its place, but then again the mats are so easy the change even if it’s in the middle so no big issue there. I would buy again because of the easy and cost. I do plan on use these in my whole basement almost 1200 square feet.

                  The floor was easy to lay down and connect. If you need something that’s thin but offers some decent cushion, this flooring works well enough for the money. I use it in my workout area in the basement. And the pieces don’t come apart when I work out on it. I would recommend, especially if on a smaller budget.
