Disappointed
I bought this from home depot and was was very satisfied with the store. But the fire display is nothing like the advertisement picture. Very dim, hard to see that it is even working.

Flames are not even close to the ones pictured in the ads. They should be ashamed for the false advertising. They have no red in them, are yellow, and look more like antlers flying up than flames.
We will be returning this product.

This was a terrible design. It requires 20 inches clearance...
This was a terrible design. It requires 20 inches clearance on each side, so no mantle, no TV near it. You literally need an empty wall to use this thing. Useless.
