This is a single function nailer and will only shoot 18ga brad nails. Numax does make a 2in1 nailer/stapler that will do both, model S2-118G2
What size coupler do I need to connect the gun to the hose
This has a 1/4" NPT fitting on the nailer.

I have own this nailer for 10+ years ... the answer is 5/8 - 2 inches.

What are the differences between the Pneumatic brad Nails and T-cleet nails? And which one is good for installing a baseboard?
18ga brad nails are straight nails with a very small head for trim work, 18ga T-cleats are for installing tongue and groove flooring and are shaped like a "T" to give extra hold.
