Can they be used as under the cabinet lighting
Hello, Yes, our 4 inch recessed lights are IC rated for direct contact with insulation and other materials so they can certainly be installed in or under cabinets. Please keep in mind that these wafer lights use standard 120v of power as well for direct wiring. The installation is straight to the point, cut the 4.25 inch hole, attach the wires to the junction box that comes with the product, and snap the light right into the cabinet.
