Is it only Oscillating, or is there a non-Oscillating function?

AnswersOscillating is manual only, not by the machine itself. It goes up and down and stops where you place it, back and forth also where you place it.

AnswersAbsolutely. By both the clip on with a wide expanding clip, and the swivel of the fan, it would work. It also tilts up or down.

Northern Mid states may not need this, but in the South and Coastal during hurricane season it is as vital as getting batteries.
This particular model by 02Cool, a well known portable fan builder, has a clip on and swivel that lets you turn it in any position.
It uses 4 AA batteries and last at least 6 hours on less expensive ones. I found these fans and then purchased extra to send to the Bahama's recovery process. I wish I could have donated more as I am certain the heat over there was unbearable. I kept one for myself and I truly recommend it to others. A Friend of mine had their car air-conditioner go and sent off for one until they can get theirs repaired.
