It is acrylic - sometimes better known by the brand name Plexiglass. It is not polycarbonate, which many know by Lexan. I don't know if it is extruded or cast. Acrylic can be brittle, but at least in the 0.100" thickness I bought it was pretty flexible.
All of the other products state that they are clear, is this one clear as well?

Yes they are clear. My wife wanted more light in our laundry room, so I turned a "stock" metal solid core door into one that fits the decor of our log home. I used two panels of this acrylic sheet to build in a double pane window in the door as well as surface it with thin slabs of pine (also sold at HD). It now has the appearance of a wooden door. You will notice the door has a dog door for our pets.
Yes, this item is clear. I used it for repairing a broken pane of clear acrylic on a child's play oven and it worked perfectly.
