No. This is not recommended as we do not test on pool applications.
This is a solvent-based adhesive for polyvinylchloride (PVC) shower pan membranes or liners used in custom packed (mortar) shower bases. It is not intended for use with fiberglass epoxy resin shower enclosures if that is what you are asking. It will bond all forms of PVC including plumbing fittings, flexible PVC sheeting, and any modular castings made of PVC.

Review type of material that pond liner contains. Check liner adhesive for materials that adhesive can be applied for adhesion. May or may not be compatible...
I have never seen a pan liner material used to seal against a brick surface!!! Not sure what configuration you are trying to solve. Sounds very odd. If you are in an exterior environment, you may want to look at a an HDPE liner material or bitumastic sealant for the moisture control.
can this work 6mil plastic sheetimg
I don't think so... l believe it's only for bonding the liner to itself. Check out Oatey's website for their shower drain schematic. I think they suggest silicone where the liner meets with the drain fitting.
