Q:I bought the model 6 in. x 6 in. Stainless Steel Square Shower Drain with Tile-In Pattern Drain Cover and installed it last year. One of the plastic tabs on the corners of the drain fell into the drain hole and I could not retrieve. Need replacement

drain pan not sloped and gathers water
I bought this item twice. first time i racked my brain because no matter how level i got the drain pan, it gathered water on one side. Bought the second time and same issue. customer service basically said oh well and said to try car wax. terrible design.
