A: Hi Jean, this is one of those "it depends" answers. When you say "under a house", it sounds like the surface underneath is dirt rather than some type of flooring. If that's the case, then I would recommend using the One Shot Fire Odor Bomb. This product can be especially helpful in areas that have very limited access. If there is a concrete surface underneath, then I would recommend our OdoBan deodorizer/disinfectant which is more aggressive on pet urine odors. However, this product is not recommended for use on the ground. For any questions on this information, please call 800.841.3904, M-F, 9A-4P, or write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
A: Yes; this product can be used in a crawl space. If it is a very small area, there may be some liquid accumulation simply because there is not enough area for the mist to disperse.
A: You can leave everything in place, but do cover any plastics that may be close to the fogger when you set it off. You will also need to extinguish any pilot lights in the home.
A: I didn’t remove anything and had no problem.
A: Yes; people and pets should be out of the house during application and for one hour afterwards. Upon returning, ventilate for 30 minutes.
A: Thank you for asking Julie. YES I would remove my animals at anytime when I fog my house.
