OdoBan 7 Oz. Charcoal Odor Eliminator
Here we have OdoBan 7 ounce charcoal based odor eliminator. It's good for those musty areas where condensation tends to build up. I will be placing this inside my car as a natural odor abosorber. It's a nice large pouch, so it will help to remove more odors from my vehicle. I prefer using this as opposed to a scented air freshener, which will tend to build up inside my car and only last a short time. This can also be re-charged up to two years by simply placing in direct sunlight for a minimum of 1 hour every 1 to 2 months. So, this will be much more affordable then buying scented air freshener for my car. So glad I found this amazing product at Home Depot. I will definitely make very good use of this product by OdoBan. This is just one of many products by OdoBan that Home Depot carries.

Charcoal makes all the difference!
Our bathroom linen closet always had a scent to it... stale air scent, which could hang with the towels. I decided to try this charcoal product as an older lava-rock product didn't help. What a surprise! The odor absorption of charcoal is remarkable! There is no discernable odor in the closet anymore, AND the packet is completely dust free. I'm hoping it can be recharged by sitting in sunlight like the packaging says.

Removes moisture and odor from closets
I have a bad odor inside my new safe and it feels a little damp inside. I think the smell has something to do with the material that the safe is made of. I put the OdoBan 7 oz. Natural Air Purifying Charcoal, Odor and Moisture Absorber, Black inside the safe for a week. The Odoban bag did not remove the odor but it did remove the dampness. I guess if odors are built-in, they are there to stay. I recharged the bag in the sun and put it in my closet and it worked very well at removing the musty smell.

Easy to use
I like this product because it's very easy to use. It is well known that charcoal filters do a great job. Now this small half pound bag of charcoal is very handy to control odors nearby. I use it in order to maintain an odor free area around the cat's litter box. I went ahead and placed one of these inside our litter box cabinet as shown. My niece does not complain anymore about smells in that area in the family room. It comes super well package so that it won't break even thou is a soft pliable bag. It's just a set it and forget it item. I haven't reactivated it yet as it's shown in the instructions to place it in the sunlight for an hour or so after a month or two to revive the action.

Works great!
I bought this house 3 mos ago. Under the counter in one of the bathrooms I noticed a strong musty odor. I bought a hanging up type odor/moisture remover and hung it under there. Nothing changed. I got this OdoBan charcoal odor/moisture remover about 2 weeks ago and just put it under the counter. The odor is gone! I didn't notice any moisture under there so can't really speak for that, but as for odor, this OdoBan is just great! I am going to get more and keep in the other bathrooms and I'm going to put them under the kitchen sink and in my closets as well. I would recommend these for any odor problems!!

Works great in smaller spaces
Sometimes the smells that come from my kids room, sports bag or laundry basket is pretty musky and builds up quickly by end of the week but I thought I would give the 7oz. Odoban air purifying charcoal odor eliminator bags a try. I quickly realized it neuritilized a lot of the pre-teen sweat and odors from my kids room, sports bag and I hang one in their laundry basket for good measures. What caught my eye was the fact it was simply charcoal from bamboo and coconut shells its all natural, allergen/fragrance and toxin free which is nice for me and safe for my kids. There are so many places you can put these bad boys and they help to eliminate the smells of (urine, feces, smoke, pet odors, mold/mildew, chemical odors from New homes, bedrooms, closet and dirty laundry) so like I said... anywhere and it also works great when coupled with a room air freshener... even dampens the strong odors of air fresheners but helps get rid of the foul odors.
It says it covers 90sq.ft. but what I like the most is it is black and can hide in corners of rooms but to be able to "recharge" the bag by simply placing bag in direct sunlight for 1 hour every other month for up to 2 years ... I havent owned it long enough to see how well the "recharging" works but how can I not recommend a product that is reusable and does an adequate job.

Disaster Strikes!
I had high hopes for this product to reduce the odor level in my 80 cubic foot walk in closet.
It was extremely easy to use. Just open the outer bag, hand the charcoal filled pouch from a hanger and put up on the closet pole.
But, on day 2 when I went to see how it was working I found:
1) No noticeable difference in odor level and,
2) The seam on the bottom of the charcoal bag had partially opened and I now had small bits of charcoal all over my closet floor! (It took me a minute to realize why there were all these crunchy black things on my closet floor!)
Mind you, it wasn't as though the bag had endured some impact, vibration or, other stress to cause the seam failure.
So, into the trash it all went and I vacuumed up the charcoal quickly before my spouse saw the mess and chastised me for trying this.
Try this if you want. But remember that I noticed no impact on the odor level in the closet in the first 24 hours and, be sure to set it up so that if any product leaks or spill it doesn't end up in your coat pockets or worse.

OdoBan 7 oz. Natural Air Purifying Charcoal, Odor and Moisture Absorber, Black
I have a basement crawl space that smells sometimes. I got a few of the OdoBan 7 oz. Natural Air Purifying Charcoal, Odor and Moisture Absorber, Black and placed them in each corner I’d tried the other odor cover ups and that’s what they did covered up with fragrance this one absorbs the moisture and eliminates the odor without fragrance. I’m very happy with the results all I had to do was remove the black pouch ( made very well) from the bags and place them in the crawl space. So far no fragrances and no odors they are chemical and fragrance free also non toxic! I’d refer to anyone who needs a little help in removing moisture and odors.

Great odor neutralizer
I bought the OdoBan air purifying few weeks ago and I am so glad I made this purchase. The package came with a single 7 Oz large pack. The charcoal is according to the package chemical free fragrance free, non toxic, safe to use around pets, children and people with allergies. It is also rechargeable. To recharge it you just place the bag in direct sunlight for about 1 hour every 1 to 2 months.

It works!
I received an antique sewing machine and the case smells horrific from being shut for many years in a basement. I've tried several odor removers and nothing worked. I put the OdoBan Air purifying Charcoal pouch in the case and left it for a few hours. To my surprise, it removed the majority of the odor. It is chemical and fragrance free and non -toxic. I'm happy with the results and will be using them in other areas of my home. Highly recommend.
