Product Details

This lightweight 4 in. x 16 in. x 16 in. solid concrete block can be used as a mobile home pad and will provide an economical way provide a solid foundation to support a mobile home. Please check with your local zoning laws, but the block can be laid on compacted soil or on an existing concrete slab. Each block is rated at 2000 psi and is uniform in shape, color and texture.

            The blocks were good, but I had to load all the 28 pads myself because of the poor work ethic of the employees. They wanted to use a forklift instead of hand loading on a cart. I had already asked the employee to get a forklift, but he didn’t until I was hand loading by my self ( 68 year old man). The two employees just watched me continue to load and then walked off. I never saw a forklift or help to load therm on the trailer. I’ll go to McCoys next time and pay a little more than get frustrated with lazy people.

                    The blocks were not the same thickness and some of the blocks were beveled out around the edges. This made it it necessary to add additional sand and gravels to level.
