Product Details

This blade is manufactured out of high carbon steel. The Flex Back band saw blade with the regular tooth shape is great for making fine cuts. These are heavy-duty, durable commercial grade blades perfect for any industrial, woodworking or DIY project.
  • Tooth hardness: 62-63 RC, back hardness: 28-32 RC, raker set: left, right, straight (raker) pattern
  • Cuts hard/soft wood, plastic, mild steel and non-ferrous metal
  • Fits vertical/stationary 2-wheel band saws
  • Ideal for cutting curves, including irregular shapes and ripping or re-sawing lumber into thinner slabs

          If you make bandsaw boxes, this is the blade for you! Nice tight curves, enough teeth for a fairly smooth cut, but not so many teeth you get clogged up with sawdust. Use the "flutter method" to get the right tension on the blade, and you're good to go! I've used a bunch of different blade configurations trying to fight the best blade for making bandsaw boxes... this is the ONE! Far exceeded my expectations.

            I recommend this product, it's durable, strong, easy to make fine cuts it can cut through a 2x4 if needed but don't use it when cutting thick wood, it's easier to change the saw blade then taking the chance ih breaking a new one. Leaves a smooth finish.
