So far so good!!
This was my first time purchasing a plant or tree online for home delivery and was unsure how it was going to be shipped. Basically I received a stem and rootball in a box. I am not a gardening expert so this was all new to me. I planted the tree a day after I received it and so far the tree looks like it is in good shape. I am still waiting for the first leaves after one week

Do Not Buy
I purchased two trees and both were cut off at the top and only had a few limbs and leaves. I am not a tree expert but thought something didn't look right. I have never seen a tree cut off at the top for sale at an nursery or store. I showed the picture to a friend who is an urban forester and landscape architect, they informed me that trees should not be cut off at the top like that and was extremely surprised that any company would sell a tree like that. Lessons learned. Do not buy trees online.
