Let me start by saying I NEVER HAD ANY ENCOUNTERS WITH BB’s UNTIL NOW!! I just moved and seen several bedbugs in the unit. Luckily due to the pandemic our bed sets and furniture had a delay. To make a long story short I bought this product to treat the house while we wait for our furniture. Being able to get EVERY crease and crack along with using DE I thought this would be a easy task. Nope,I’m still seeing them and now my furniture has been delivered. I followed the directions applying every 2 weeks (I’m on my 3rd treatment) without any valid results. After reading the reviews I don’t know if I got a bad batch? All I know is that it’s not working!! I did buy the Ortho traps when checked bedbugs were present and that’s where it stopped. I did reach out to the landlord which was a waste of time. I may have to move and very disappointed in this product!! I definitely wouldn’t recommend from my personal experience.

When we first started noticing the bed bugs we didn’t do anything. After a few months the bed bugs got out of control. I bought a jug of this and used almost the whole thing on the first treatment. I washed the sheets, got a bed bug protector for the mattress and there were still bugs. Today I did another treatment of this (my 5th treatment in 2 weeks) waited 2 hours and completely replaced the sheets and blankets with new ones. I put the new sheets on about an hour ago and sprayed all around the sides of the sheets and have seen 2 bugs on the new sheets since. It says it protects for up to 2 weeks but in my experience if you aren’t spraying directly on the bed bug it’s not going to do anything. One of the bed bugs I found was crawling on the space that I had just sprayed an hour ago and was just fine. It also says it kills eggs but lately most the bugs I’ve seen look like they just hatched but there are still some really big ones. The product is helping a little bit but not much. I’ve already bought 4 jugs and 2 of the sprayers didn’t even work

We discovered bed bugs approx a month ago. Notified the landlord who came in and treated all 3 apartments simultaneously. After 17 days, he came back and re-treated and I was still being bitten! Picked this product up as a last resort to get some relief. I sprayed down the entire bed frame and hardwood under the bed and let it sit with the window open for ventilation. Came back to find dead bugs! I've not been bitten the last two nights! These devil bugs hide in the frame, not just the box spring or mattress because they don't like being disturbed. The mattress and box spring are free of bugs but I found the bugs hiding inside the support beams under the box springs! My recommendation is to pull the bed away from the wall, remove the mattress and box springs, take out the support beams / plywood you may be using to support the bed, and spray the entire frame down focusing on the joints or where you see screws / bolts. Spray the support beams also. Spray the floor under the bed and night stands and spray the base boards around the bed (and whole room if you can access them) let the room sit like this for at least a few hours. I also sprayed the backside of the mattress and the box spring and closed up the room and cracked the window to vent. The small wasn't bad when I returned. I again sprayed down the side pieces, joints, and support beams before putting the bed back together. I've not been bitten since so am hoping this did the trick. The exterminator won't disassemble your bed so you'll need to take these steps. There is nothing more frustrating than having the exterminator come and treat while you leave for 3-4 hours and you still are being bitten. Use ORTHO and treat the problem properly so you can be rid of this evil pest.

I am using this product for a bed bug infestation of a small apartment. Insects were resistant to pyrethoids (Bayer Advanced Bed Bug). This product works well as part of a comprehensive approach to kill them (I'm using diatamacous earth, cleaning up clutter, mattress encasements). I like the battery operated sprayer wand. I am concerned about waste through. All these batteries end up in a landfill. They should make the wand to take rechargeable batteries (AA) and have refills instead of just making it throw away. That would allow them to lower the cost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] super easy to get started, remove trigger handle from side, remove plastic, push piece into bottle and remove battery tab, then unlock and spray. the sprayer is awesome, it sprays no lag on stream and goes right where you need it, i treated rooms then closed door and let dry then it was safe to go back into. i noticed no itchy dogs in the rooms after, they were itching before. So far so good, i have found effective after 5 days after use.

I just moved into.a co.workers house.he has cats.when i walked into.the room i was goung to.be boarding in my ankles started itching bad.i looked down & fleas were all on my legs.no freakin way can i deal with fleas.there was alot of them.i bought a galon of the ortho bed bug/flea & tick killer I sprayed the whole house on the inside.2 hrs later i walked thru & not 1 stinkin flea bit me.i truly recomend this product if you have a flea problem.it killed them.ill probly treat it again in a couple weeks just to make sure no new hatchlings emerge.but im defintly a satisfied customer.

I moved into an apartment that was once invested with fleas and bedbugs until professional exterminators sprayed the entire building many times. I didn't know that flea larvae could lay dormant for over a year or bed bugs could hide for as long. 4 months after moving in, I was invested with both until I used this product.

Okay so I read reviews before purchasing anything! I don’t know if you guys know but a lot of reviews can be fake some companies pay people for stuff like that so I was skeptical. I was getting bitten at night and it was so frustrating because I didn’t know what it was, one night I checked and it was too late when I tell you it was an infestation it was an INFESTATION already not oh 4 bedbugs there was multiple like double digits . That means they lay eggs and all and keep reproducing . I felt so disgusted in my own home .. in my own bed.. it was a mess I felt nasty and I stayed up doing research did some home remedies but nothing worked that was until I found this . Sprayed it EVERYWHERE for 2 days straight and left the room until I was able to go in . It’s been almost 2 months since and I waited to write this review so I can be sure ! Ever since I have not been bitten once or seen none of them little ugly creatures around . Hope this helps

The drill was easy and simple I just had a broken one and I had to take the broken one back but it works great.
