Can it installed over existing an 3 tab shingled roof. ?

Is this equivalent to a 72 pound cap sheet?

Acceptable roof deck materials for application are minimum 3/8 inch plywood or minimum 7/16 inch OSB. I think what Rich was asking in his Oct 27, 2024 "Does it ventilate" would be better asked, "is it vapor permeable". Walls breathe, 15 lb felt breathes, even most house paints breathe. Is the product moisture vapor permeable or impermeable?
