I was really hopeful with this scale, and especially liked...

I was really hopeful with this scale, and especially liked the fact that it made it very clear whether you gained or lost weight showing red if you gained & green if you lost weight. However, this scale is a joke...a huge disappoint!!! It is NOT accurate at all. It weighs as much as 14-15 lbs. difference in a 24 hours period. So, how am I too have any clue what I really weigh. What's worse is that I will step on the scale 3X's within about a 15 minute period, and it will faithfully give me the same reading. So, you think it is giving you an accurate weight. Turns out though that a few hours later, even with nothing changing. ( Not clothing, eating, or drinking) it might be up or down 4-5 lbs. But, 24 hours later it can change 14-15lbs. difference. I could live with 1-2 lbs. variance but this is ridiculous! As someone who has lost quite a bit of weight, and I still have more to go, I really need an accurate scale to track my progress and hold me accountable. I can't do that with this scale. This is the most inaccurate scale I've ever had ... ever...and sadly I paid good money for it! Very, very disappointed ☹️

I think the red (gain) or the green (loss) is a distraction. Even though the reading is instant/large/lighted...... the platform was smaller than the Ozeri Pro Max. Also, the Ozeri Pro Max was better looking.... so got it instead.
