I am enormously glad I needed to purchase this scale for a physics experiment. Ever since I've opened it, I've used it for not only my experiment, but for weighing everything from beans to flour, with great results. Super easy to set up, use, clean, and store.

If you are fanatical about consistent recipe results, you need a scale. You'll get much more repeatable results when you measure ingredients by weight rather than volume.
The compact, modern styling will look good on any kitchen counter. The platform has an impressive mirror finish. Large, easy-to-read display. Controls are also easy to use.
So far, I have only used this for cooking, but as the included postal rate chart implies, this would be a handy postal scale.

I'm enjoying using this kitchen scale. It requires two batteries for it to operate and the fact that they were provided takes the hassle out of the assembly. It is sleek and shiny. As far as I can tell it is very accurate. When I add a container to the scale, one tap brings the measurement back to zero. I'm very happy with it.
