Dear Customer - sorry to hear this - for the record - we would like to list facts which are documented in our e-mail exchange and phone conversation. You purchased the Push Drain product (our model PF0717-CH; THD Online SKU 304491268) for which you provided the receipt to us. However in your email and your phone conversation with us you did not mention any issues or failure of this product which you have reviewed negatively here.
In our conversation and email exchange you talked about a totally different product (PF0324-CH-CH-NO-WS) and stated that you purchased 4 of these from Home Depot Stores. We advised you that this product is not sold in Home Depot Stores. We requested you to provide either a receipt or picture of the product which you declined to provide stating your phone camera has been broken and chewed by your dog. Furthermore, despite your inability to provide any supporting documentation, we offered to send you the parts to fix the hypothetical issue you described, but you kept insisting for us to send you complete assembly as replacements. In the spirit of taking care of our customer, we offered to send you complete assemblies and only requested you to provide us with a copy of the receipt of purchase or picture of the product. We standby our commitment - please send the receipt or picture of the installed product and we will send you free replacement. You have declined to provide these.
While we are unhappy with this review - but the fact is that we have done everything possible to address your concern and provide a resolution despite not even knowing if you actually have purchased our product or not. All of this is well documented in our email exchange and can be provided to any customer who reads this review and would like to view these facts. Thank you.
