About This Product
There's nothing else quite like the New Vinho Verde Weigela. After years of positive feedback from trial garden visitors during its evaluation, PROVEN WINNERS is pleased to offer this unique selection, characterized by lime green leaves set off with a bold, black margin.Discovered as a variegated sport on a seedling whose parents were golden 'Briant's Rubidor' and burgundy 'Naomi Campbell'. Like all variegated plants, it will occasionally revert, but it reverts to all black, so will not overgrow the plant. A light crop of red-pink flowers appears in late spring, but the foliage - coupled with an irresistibly neat habit - is the primary reason to grow this beauty. Care: Regular pruning is not required, however, if you wish to prune, do so immediately after flowering. Fertilize with PROVEN WINNERS Continuous Release Plant Food in spring.

Is this a climbing rose?
Hi Paulette Thanks for asking! Ringo All-Star™ Rose is not a climber. Its a landscape/shrub rose that reaches 2-3 feet tall and wide at maturity. How large are the flowers?
Great question! Ringo All-Star rose blooms can reach up to 3 inches. The pleasing flowers of Ringo All-Star rose may look simple at first, but this plant packs in a lot of interest. The flowers start out a rich melon-orange with a cherry-red center. As each one ages, it transforms to lavender and pink, creating a look of multiple colors on one plant. A crown of fluffy yellow anthers bedecks the center and attracts pollinators. As with all Proven Winners roses, Ringo All-Star is disease-resistant and low maintenance. No need to trim or deadhead to keep those fab flowers coming all season! As always, please feel free to reach out to us at any time with any questions or concerns. You can email us at helpdesk@provenwinnersdirect.com or chat with us online! We are happy to help! ~ Cori

Sunorita Rose from Proven Winners displays elegant, classically shaped buds that are red-orange and open to reveal a soft orange bloom made up of several dozen petals, perfectly shaped to form a classic rose bowl. Deep green foliage covers the sturdy, medium-sized plant and easily resists common rose diseases like black spot or powdery mildew. Once established, this Rose requires little to no maintenance. Prune Suñorita Rose in early Spring, just as the new growth begins, to ensure that the growth for the season comes from the thicker, more vigorous buds farther down on the plant.
