First of all, the door is Not Prehung. It says it is in the description, but it is not. That would not be a big deal if it came with the hardware to hang it myself. After I realized there was no hardware, I looked at the other reviews and they all say the same thing: No Hardware.
Then I thought, well I will just go buy the hinges. Nope. The size required for these hinges is not standard. Very unique. I searched high and low and nothing.
Then I thought I will call Home Depot. They said it is a third -party product and they will have to call them. Guess what, it was a Saturday and the third-party company was not open. I called again on Monday, the rep tried to call them and they did not respond. She sent an email to them, but it has now been a week and no response. I tried following up, but no response.
What do I do now? It has been almost a month since I placed the order.
It says if I add photos, I will be entered to win $1,000, so I am adding the pics I took of the hinges try to match them. Since I am still unable to install it, this my product in action.

Description not accurate
This door is not pre-hung as the description states. The jamb is in pieces in a separate box and needs to be assembled. The door was also 83 inches with the jamb, not 80. My contractor had to make it work and trim it down. And finally, the door is not all wood. It has a solid wood core, but the outside is a poor-quality masonite veneer that is chipping and flaking, and they aren't even finished installing it yet!

Not a prehung door
item description is incorrect. I ordered a prehung door and when I drove to the site for pick up I found out it was just the door itself. Very disappointed, Home Depot this is obviously an issue, you should update your website immediately

NOT a pre-hung door
Ordered this door at this price, specifically for an easy install and it came with NOTHING pre-assembled. The jamb isn’t cut, the door isn’t hung. Such a huge disappointment. This is not at all what I needed and a waste of my time

Not a prehung door
This is one of those times where I wish I had read the reviews prior to posting. This is just a door slab - not pre-hung. The listing title and meta data need to be corrected as many seem to have this problem. Home Depot should flag this to the vendor and have them correct immediately.
