Piece of Junk
2 years and not working. Door won't close, will not start after closing door, timer malfunctioning. Pretty worthless. Will not buy Panasonic again!

Do not buy!
I purchased this microwave because of size and color. My microwave is built into the cabinets so I was limited to my options. I have owned other Panasonic items which were good, so I thought it would be fine.
From the start, opening the microwave door was a issue. First, you must press the button and wait for it
to respond. Everyone has trouble with this feature. Everyone wants to keep pushing the button again and again to get it open and that does not work. Then, closing the door has a problem. It has to be pushed with force!
If the microwave backs up to a wall this is fine. If is does not, it moves and gets pushed back every time. It never stays in position.
We have owned this microwave for almost 2 years to the day and now it is not working. It is cutting off
and going dead. It we open and close the door several times, the power comes back on. I will start shopping for another. My microwave before this one lasted about 10 years so I was very disappointed that this one only made it 2 years.

low cost
read some of the other reviews but bought it anyway. had our last panasonic for 91/2 years before it conked out and this is a nearly exact replica down to the keyboard... makes my wife happy, she does not like change!!!!

worst microwave oven I have ever owned
I bought this microwave oven 7 months ago and I've had problems with the ease of shutting the door from day one. It now has gotten to the point I have to slam the door to shut it. I have called Panasonic but the only option I have it driving approx. 100 minutes each way to a service/repair center or paying approx. $120.00 to have UPS ship it. It was a bad choice to buy this unit and it has soured me on ever buying anything manufactured by Panasonic again.

Very short life span
Less than 18 months of use and now it takes 2 hands to close the door. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt. Now the light interior light is staying on after you close the door. Very disappointed in the quality of this machine. Looks nice, but not a good value.

Easy Buy
Great product at a great price. The only thing I would change is that the 1 minute button would automatically turn on the microwave instead of having to push the start button after pushing the 1 minute button.

I was lucky!!!!
We used this Microwave for 88 days before the button to open the door broke. I was lucky because we have 2 more days to return to Home Depot and get our money back!! Otherwise, it worked great and was not noisy but without the option to open the door it's not of much use now.

Dont Waste Your Money
This is the second identical microwave from Panasonic. First one lasted almost a year, and the second one about a year. I thought I just got a bad one, but it turns out that they're all bad. If it weren't for the door latching mechanism, it would be an excellent microwave, but after a short while, the door is a bear to close and latch. It has to be slammed, and we all know what happens next. I expected a lot more from Panasonic, and it seems that they are in no rush to fix this design flaw.
