Wall switches are not included with our fans. They are sold separately.
How many zones produce when is on
The Whisper Mighty fan produces less than 0.7 sones at 70 CFM and 1.5 sones at 90 CFM.
For bathroom installation does this fan need to be ducted to the outside for smell?
Yes, it should be ducted to the exterior, otherwise you are just moving the smell from one place to another. Also, you could create a humidity/condensation (mold) problem by not moving the air correctly.
What is the maximum length the ducting can be?
As this is an AC motored product it will start to lose performance once ducting exceeds 30". Keep in mind each 90 degree bend adds 5 feet of equivalent duct length.
Can this be mounted to a drop ceiling
Yes, the Whisper Mighty fan can be installed in a drop ceiling (suspended ceiling).
