Brushed Bronze Birdbath with Planter

Very beautiful and sturdy.

This birdbath and planter are super cute and extremely lightweight and easy to put together. It doesn't yet stand up to much wind, but the color is holding and looks bronzed like. The planter is perfect for chicks and hens and have some small drainage holes as well. The 3 parts easily screw into each other. I was worried when i need to clean the debris about tipping the planter part, but with the screw in top, you can just unscrew and clean.

This is a pretty birdbath and very well priced, but it is plastic, which I did not originally anticipate. It is copper colored plastic, with anchors that can hold it into the ground. It does not weigh very much at all, and I am concerned that it will blow over in intense thunder storms. We have not had an intense storm since I put it into position to test this theory. It is easy to clean though, since it is plastic and the design is quite nice. From a distance, it looks very classy.

This birdbath planter combo looks great in my English style garden with rock wall feature. The bronze colored finish looks elegant and tasteful, while the plastic construction makes the birdbath lightweight and easy to place and move around the garden, wherever your heart desires. The planter in the bottom is a really nice feature, allowing you to plant flowers or Vining ground cover at the base of the birdbath, which just adds an even greater appeal. The planter dish is very shallow, and therefore perfect for small flowers like pansies or violets, as well as draping, ground cover, and even small stature ferns. The birdbath portion on the top is shallow as well, so even the tiny birds in your yard can use it safely. It was very easy to put together, I didn’t even require instructions, although it came with easy to follow instructions. The pieces fit well making this a very sturdy birdbath. It also came with three tent style stakes so that you can stake it into the ground so it doesn’t tip over, even on windy days. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this item. It adds beauty and style to my garden, while also supplying a water source for the birds to drink and splash in, providing hours of joy, for my grandchildren and myself.

The birdbath came in a couple of pieces that screwed together. It feels pretty sturdy once assembled. The bird bath is all plastic (or polyresin) and is painted with a gold paint for the bronze effect- its a more natural affect than white. At first glance I thought the paint could have been neater in a few spots, but it blends well to look more natural. It has nice decorative details to it, and a small planter at the bottom with a few drain holes that will nicely fit a few annual plants, its protected under the bird bathing area so it wont gather excess water or poop. I'm thinking the planter will make a nice spot to add some nuts, or corn for the squirrels. Its lightweight and easy to move, its made it through a few windy nights but it also comes with stakes to hold it down. I am pleased.

Really looks like bronze and no one would be the wiser unless they actually felt the material. Stands 28" tall and the bowl is 20" round, total weight is 5 pounds. With the 3 stakes provided and filling the Bird Bath with water I am happy to say with 17 mph winds last night Bird Bath is still standing. Assembly was super easy no hardware, simply attach by the thick 5 threaded pieces. Only one part of the instructions was misleading " place the pole through the hole of the planter" these 2 pieces are twisted together by the threads. I have not yet used the planter but there are plenty of holes for drainage. I am thinking succulents would be my best choice due to the size and depth of the planter

Easy to put together. Nice size. I added a solar fountain in mine. The flowers add a beautiful touch around the bottom. Light weight, but I bought u-pins to hold it in place.
