AnswersThese pavers are heavy - CONCRETE. You would need a special cutting blade for masonry of course. My suggestion would be to buy one and see what happens. You might also call the manufacturer and see what their advice would be - or any concrete step stone company.

I really like the color. Easy to install. One broke but this was for an area between three homes that was dog ugly. I spent slightly more than 500 for all the rocks, underpavement edging, mulch and plants. Pretty yes? Oh I am 65 and I did this myself.

I ended up with about 60-70 of these to replace part of my yard where foot traffic, trees, and flooding ruined the grass over the years. They work perfectly. Not too heavy, not too fragile. Yes they can break, since they are just concrete, but be careful with them and put them on good ground or sand without any voids underneath. Also, buy them in the store , so you can pick them out one at a time. Don't buy them on a pallet, or you'll get broken ones. I like that the color is throughout the concrete mix, not just on the surface, so even if it chips, it still looks good. I love how flat these are, makes wheeling the trash bins across very easy. The color is nice, a reddish brown without being obvious or just looking like dirt. They are easy to cut with a diamond blade, like any concrete product. And I picked these up from about 4 different stores to get enough of them, and they were all the same colors and patterns. They aren't all identical, but the variation is nice.
I attached some pics of my project, some of the pics are from last year 2018 when I installed them, and some from this year 2019 when I finished up the rest of the yard around the pavers.

@ 39 pounds these were a bit heavy to work with, but absolutely did the job, had decent quality. These work with foot traffic only and need a solid base or they will break rather easily if not put down correctly. In any case using as directed it is a pretty good product and the price was right.

We bought these stones for a grill pad. Got home and 2 cracked while tapping them into sand with mallet. Went back to Home Depot for 8 more to expand our grill pad. Thinking it was a bad batch, we asked them to open another pallet close by. Brought them home and 2 more cracked. So out of 22 purchased, four cracked right down the middle. Very disappointed and thought they would be better made.
Very good paver for the price.
