Q:Can this be configured for a gas insert

Q:In the Installation Guide it says the fireplace will be 94.5" high and it looks like the insert sits on a 10.5" base. That would indicate the overall height of the fireplace insert + stove pipe is 84", but the product name says it's 60" high. Which is it?

Amazing value
Great product, more durable than I thought it would be. The caulking was two tubes more than needed. The instructions online we very easy to follow and it turned out great.
I recommend this to everyone that asks about it!

Does not meet Industry standards
This insert, when properly installed, allows copious amounts of smoke to exit the front of the fireplace. Not just on startup, but through the entire burn! In doing research on why this was happening, I learned that there is a Industry standard for the ratio of fireplace front opening to the flue opening. There are actually 3 published ratios and this insert does not meet any of them, in fact it is much smaller. This is why I have so much smoke on my patio and not up the chimney! Beware!

Firebox is great. Order did NOT come with the included...
Firebox is great. Order did NOT come with the included polyurethane tubes. Also, we have not found a way to extend the included pipe to reach our patio roof. There are no attachments available that we have found.

This review is against the vendor Pavrstone not Home Depot since it was directly shipped by the vendor to my house. The kit includes the fire place insert and 24 tubes of Polyurethane adhesive, all 24 tubes were dated with an expiration date of 01/22/2017. Not sure if that means that this is not a popular item or if the vendor Pavestone has no quality control or inspection.

I ordered this along with the rumblestone fireplace brick but...
I ordered this along with the rumblestone fireplace brick but have several major concerns. One being that there definitely is not enough caulk to install the entire fireplace and two the quality control on their brick is horrible. The major concern is the mini blocks as they are not sized correctly
