Recommend this purchase, but not as listed. Love it because we paid $199.00 at our local Home Depot. Had we paid for individual blocks without the metal ring the cost would have been around 150.00. Nowhere near $553.00 listed. Instructions really didn't add anything to the build, got most of our instructions off youtube. Steel inserts can be bought individually. However, bricks looked great and having the pit bundled at the store made things easy to bring home. Still had to buy an additionsl 4 tubes adhesive and 3 bags paver base. All things considered, my husband and I at the combined age of 115 in less than 3 hours installed this pit, don't hesitate to do it yourself. Just watch the price and pay attention to leveling your base. Overall, a great addition to our yard!

Best Fire pit kit on the market. Easy to assemble and mimics brick and the motor built without the actual labor and added materials. Suggest a removal round insert, easier to clean, and mesh cover. for safety to control the embers.
