      A:  No it lists as 3-3/4" on the specs page and I BELIEVE that is top of the umbrella so you are going to be 1/4" - 3/8" shy of your goal

        Pegasus pop up
        I'm not sure this was really a Pegasus product. Our previous drain said pegasus in big letters. This one has no name anywhere, even on the box. It is not built exactly the same way. When it is in the up position, it wiggles much more than the previous one. The washer on the bottom is better than the previous one.
