The durable, fortified wood plank with SurfaceDefense protection offers strength and stability with superior dent, scratch and stain resistance. Definitely Waterproof and dog proof.
Vintage Pewter Oak is the perfect color that goes with everything. I tested a sample by running water on the underside of it & it never swelled. I have a new puppy that had a couple accidents on the floor & I can say confidently that it did not go through the cracks. It locks tightly together if installed well. However, HD does not sell the Pergo brand transition strips & the ones they do sell are made from cheap mdf. I have large dogs that that run & jump on it & no scratches after 4mths!

Will not stand behind waterproof claim.
Don’t say waterproof when it is not. If carpet was on top of carpet?? How standing water?? Pergo makes you talk to Home Depot who has no control over warranty issues. If you need waterproof or someone who stands behind their product look somewhere else!!

Montage Grey Oak
I researched every store that sells laminate and this floor by pergo in Montage Grey Oak is beautiful, the pictures online don’t do it justice, and I went over all the reviews and couldn’t find any real live pictures of this specific color so I am writing this review to help those get a better idea of just how beautiful this floor is. Love it

Flooring is beautiful, sturdy, and easy to install. Colors vary in lighting from grays to browns, but very pleasing and subtle. Floor is not slippery for people, but dogs find it difficult to jump up to a couch or bed. Stair nose found at Floor and Decor for a perfect match.
