will this stick to polymer?

Polymer is just another word for plastic. It says it works on all plastics except polypropylene and polyethylene. Unless your part has a recycle code or is labeled to indicate what kind of plastic it is, it's hard to definitively identify the type. You could do a spot check to see if it bonds to your part (takes 24 hrs. to cure completely) and then go from there.

do you think this will work on a plastic kayak. Gluing a skeg (fin) on the bottom of the boat so it will be underwater

THERE ARE TYPES OF PLASTIC THAT REQUIRE EXTRA BONDING AGENTS. EATHE CALL THE MANUFACTURE OR BUY IT AND PICK A SPOT WHERE IT WONT GET IN YOUR AND APPLY IT, LEAVE UNTOUCHED FOR 48HRS. AND TEST IT. FREDIE
