No, the Bellance Towel Ring is not reversible and only opens from the right side, as pictured.
Can this be used as a toilet paper holder?
The bar on the towel ring is stationary and does not pivot. There may be little room to slide a new toilet paper roll through. Is the length measurement of 3.03" correct? That seems small for a hand towel.

The screw when tightened doesn't keep it fixed to the bracket. I can lift the holder off of the bracket. Has came off multiple times and have to keep installing it.
