Pfister Ladera Toilet Paper Holder in Brushed Nickel is very attractive and would look great in our bathroom, but for the simple fact that our bathroom is a NE Urban Rowhome. For a row home, the bathroom is uncommonly spacious. That is until you decide to put a washer into it. So the only place we could put it was in the middle of wall that you can see when entering the bathroom … very much front and center. It has an excellent aesthetic, and the brush nickel feels good to the touch. Its toilet paper install design is ingenious and simple. As a DIY’er, I have installed a ton of toilet paper holders over the years for rental properties, friends, and family. This one is a bit more complex. Let us just say I can usually install one on a hollow wall in 5 mins. This took me 15 mins. Maybe it is just me; I just could not get the holder to stay a constant level. It just seem to constantly off by just enough to annoy me. You all know what I am talking about. I ended up using double sided tape and an extra HD paint stirrer and a bullet level to create the level I wanted. I placed the holder parts on that and tightened down to the mounting bracket, which thankfully had a decent amount of give. I would recommend this for it’s good looks and design, but installing it was more painful than normal.

It was very easy to install on the side of my bathroom vanity. I used wood screws without anchors. It looks beautiful and it functions as expected. It is super easy to open and replace the toilet paper roll by providing a smooth action. It feels very sturdy and it is made well.

Matches our earlier purchased faucet perfectly. Was easy to install. Large enough to accommodate the double toilet paper rolls.

So I've had this toilet paper holder for a while now and it is great! So easy to refill new paper than the older spring loaded tube. Just lift the handle, remove empty tube, drop new roll in, and close. It was easy to mount with the included template and hardware! Highly recommend!

Simple lift up on the bar (see picture I've attached) and swap out the rolls. Looks nice too. Will be looking for the matching towel holder too.

We have 3 bathrooms in home. We have renovated 3 of them now, and have installed this style in one of them. I love the new lift up arm to replace the roll of tp. It is so clever. You don't have to worry about the roll popping off and rolling away. We have a slide on type, and the roll comes off of that sometimes and rolls awawy too. So, thi beauty was a great replacement. I loce the stainless finish. It is well made, durable! One note, do NOT lose the inlcluded allen wrench. Theat is necessary for install, and if you need to remove it. Mine arrived in perfect condition. All the parts were present. The instructions appear easy to follow. My husband just knows how to install, so he did not not use them. The lines are simple and can easily be mixed with other styles. I could not fins one flaw with my unit, and I looked, lol. I received this to test, but all opinions are honest and my own.

Very nice quality . In my household after purchasing our first home some remodeling needed to be redone to update the house from the 1980 period . I like that this Pfister Ladera toilet paper holder is a spot defense brushed nickel finish . No more nasty water spots to worry about . Installation was a breeze and only took about 10 minutes to install. With a lift of the handle I can easily put on a new roll of toilet paper without having to actually take off the roller . Nice sleek and classy design gives my spare bathroom a much needed upgrade .

Ladera Tissue Holder Chrome looks good in my bathroom. I have had my towel rack for awhile and didn’t want to change it. I was looking for something to match it. Ladera Tissue Holder Chrome goes good with it even though they aren’t exactly a like. It is a up date from the old style tissue holder I had. . No more having to use that ugly tissue holder. Now I have a nice beautiful chrome tissue holder. I always hated the replacement the old spring tissue holder. Ladera Tissue Holder is easy to replace tissue. All I have to is snap a part the roll holder and add tissue it’s that easy. I have always trusted Pfister brand and would recommend this tissue holder.

My son's bathroom had a toilet paper holder with a single wall connection that continually loosened under his usage, so we needed something that would stand up to our teenager without needing constant fixing or repair. This Pfister Ladera toilet paper holder in brushed nickel matched well with all the brushed nickel in his bathroom. It has four screws holding it to the wall. Conveniently it includes good quality wall anchors that spread the point load about an inch and half for each screw if no framing is behind the drywall at the installation point. Once installed it is easy to flip up the horizontal bar to reload the toilet paper holder. It seems very sturdy and should hopefully outlast our son's teenage years.
