The faucet head came apart from the hose , can be placed back on but will not stay Please advise.

What is the maximum height with the faucet lever in the fully upright position?
The overall height with the handle in the open position is approximately 10 7/16".
I've had this faucet for four years, and I love it, but now it won't swivel anymore. Is there something I can do myself, or does it need to be replaced?

When I installed this faucet, there's no washer to be placed underneath the sink deck. Don't we need one?

Are the 36" supply lines attached to the faucet already? Are they removable? I want to use the 20" supply lines.
The 36” integrated, flexible PE-RT supply lines are factory-installed and not removable. However, as noted in the instruction sheet, you can loop and secure them if needed; refer to page 6. We can help! It sounds like the retainer ring part #962-075 has come loose and needs to be retightened. If this doesn't resolve it, then the cartridge would need to be replaced.
